I got lvl 4 covert ops in 20 mins, that day I had only fd ops to finish to get general status.

general rank is hard but possible only on 6map campaigns

oh btw, you mean colonel, i got that before on a 3 map campaign and as far as general is concerned, you have to max out all stats..
