yep but they have allot more energy and can run faster even tho the legs are shorter trust me (otherwise we would be able to outrun cats aswell wich we cant)

Running on 4 legs is different from running on only 2 legs

maybe so. but they are all way shorter and I cant say if we use our arms and legs we run faster
