What's the point? All you would get is improved graphics. Besides, if this ever was done, it would be more sensible to do it for UT2k3 since UT2k4 is backwards compatible with UT2k3 content. A sequel, port, whatever. There is a point to it -- single player, obviously. And, yes, I own Unreal II ...

Just wondering, but will there be a port of Operation Na Pali to Unreal Tournament 2003 or 2004? I'd love it, if so!
